Clarence Reid has been sampled by many prominent rhythm and blues and hip-hop acts such as DMX, Method Man & Redman, Ice Cube, Scarface, Slim Thug, Jurassic Five, Wu-Tang Clan, Old Dirty Bastard, Da Brat, Beyonce, and P. Diddy.
