True Faith Lyrics

I feel so extraordinary
Something’s got a hold on me
I get this feeling I’m in motion
A sudden sense of liberty
That's the way that we must pay
You got my time and you got my money
Now I feel you've started something
In a world that's so becoming
I used to think that the day would never come
I’d see delight in the shade of the morning sun
My morning sun is the drug that brings me near
To the childhood I lost, replaced by fear
I used to think that the day would never come
That my life would depend on the morning sun
When I was a very small boy
Very small boys talked to me
Now that we’ve grown up together
They’re afraid of what they see

That’s the price that we must pay
Our valued destiny comes to nothing
I don't know just where we’re going
I guess there's just no way of knowing
I used to think that the day would never come
I’d see delight in the shade of the morning sun
My morning sun is the drug that brings me near
To the childhood I lost, replaced by fear
I used to think that the day would never come
That my life would depend on the morning sun
I feel so extraordinary
Something’s got a hold on me
I get this feeling I’m in motion
A sudden sense of destiny
The chances are we’ve gone too far
You took my time and you took my money
Now I think you've started something
In a world that’s just begun
I used to think that the day would never come
I’d see delight in the shade of the morning sun
My morning sun is the drug that brings me near
To the childhood I lost, replaced by fear
I used to think that the day would never come
That my life would depend on the morning sun
I used to think that the day would never come
I’d see delight in the shade of the morning sun
My morning sun is the drug that brings me near
To the childhood I lost, replaced by fear
I used to think that the day would never come
I’d see delight in the shade of the morning sun

Last Stop China Town first surfaced in 2005. Originating from the birth place of British Metal, the Midlands, the band started as a bunch of musicians taking on the music industry. In June 2006 LSCT’s debut album Vital Signs was released on Woodhill Records. They went on to support Bullet For My Valentine, Breed 77, Skindred, Panic Cell, Forever Never and Sacred Mother Tongue, among many others. Playing in front of sold out crowds of thousands of people, LSCT won critical acclaim and adoration of Metal fans alike.
Now in 2009 the band is a different beast to what some may remember. After a sustained period of experiment, evolution and band bonding, LSCT have recorded their new studio album Into The Volcano. With 10 tracks of raw China Town power, the band plan to once again tour the stages of the UK & beyond. Everything up until this point was a great practice, but the band’s now playing for keeps! Watch out for the album release date & a UK tour to be announced soon. Last Stop China Town are; Adam Harris, Alon Bentley, Andy Hill and Rob Mitchell
