Adonis may refer to either of the following: 1: Adonis is one of the original contributors to the Chicago House scene, and one of the first producers of acid house. His creations from 1986-1987 were among the most original and sophisticated of the time, if somewhat abstract, and were a major factor in taking House music into deep territory. 2: Adonis is a Dutch rapper. He is part of the group Streetknowledge. So far they released 1 CD, but they're planning on releasing 2 more in 2009. 3: Adonis is a Japanese power metal trio, formed in 2002. They have so far released only a single demo.
