Turn Lyrics

Turn, turn, turn
(Turn, turn it around)
Turn, turn, turn
Turn, turn, turn
Turn, turn, turnBring on all the seasons
Repeat your earlier deeds
Show the children your face
Most of all teach them toTurn, turn, turn
(For the better)
Turn, turn, turn
Turn, turn, turn
Turn, turn, turnBring on all the colors
Don't let me forget for a moment
What I have to do
It's all so necessary for you toTurn, turn, turn
Turn, turn, turn
(For the better)We will rehearse long and hard
For the big celebration

Spread the leaders among usLike the heat's in the sun
Like the blue is in the sky
Like the peace in the eyes
Of the believers of GodTurn, turn, turn
(Turn it around)
Turn, turn, turnWell, if there's a will, there's a way
If we're strong, it will pay
Look at the babies all around usLike the moon in the night
Like a bird takin' flight
Though this world is not right
We got to show them the wayTurn, turn, turn
Turn, turn, turn
Turn, turn, turn
Turn, turn, turnTurn, turn, turn
Turn, turn, turn
Turn, turn 'round
Turn, turn, turn, turn'Round and 'round
And 'round and 'round
And 'round, turn 'roundTurn, turn, turn
Turn, turn, turn
Turn, turn, turn
Turn, turn, turn

Rufus gained a fan in Stevie Wonder thanks to their cover of his "Maybe Your Baby." Wonder gave them a new composition, the slowly grinding "Tell Me Something Good," that he'd written specifically with Khan's vocal style in mind. Pulled as a single from their second album, 1974's Rags to Rufus, "Tell Me Something Good" was a Top Five smash that turned Rufus and Khan into stars....
