Uncertainty Lyrics

Looking up I see your point of view
Is nothing more than a picture of you
It's not enough to know but dark enough to go
I wonder if your heart steps in my shoes
And when I hear those things you're saying
When I see those eyes you gave me
Seems the games I know you're playing
End up to be uncertainty
Images of you are sinking
Better yet I'm still thinking
This won't be the life I'm dreaming
When all I feel's uncertainty
All messed up yet I am self assured
Delivering is not a strength you hold
It's leaving me nowhere, there's nothing left we share
A rising moon I fear's about to fall
And when I hear those things you're saying
When I see those eyes you gave me

Seems the games I know you're playing
End up to be uncertainty
Images of you are sinking
Better yet I'm still thinking
This won't be the life I'm dreaming
When all I feel's uncertainty
There's a shadow on my wall
And if my world should fall
Would you come to rescue me at all?
And when I hear those things you're saying
When I see those eyes you gave me
Seems the games I know you're playing
End up to be uncertainty
Images of you are sinking
Better yet I'm still thinking
This won't be the life I'm dreaming
When all I feel is uncertainty

The Soundcarriers were formed in Nottingham, UK, where founder members Adam Cann, Paul Isherwood (a.k.a. Pish) and Dorian Conway have played together since childhood, switching instruments and roles and generally ignoring the conventions of what it means to be a band. Leonore Wheatley completes the bands line-up adding subtle, gentle vocals and harmonies. Their sound is psychedelic in the less well-trodden way: jazz-influenced, free-thinking and utterly spaced out. They released their debut album Harmonium in 2009, followed by Celeste (2010) and Entropicalia (2014).
