Quebec has given birth to steezo as diverse as Celine Dion and William Shatner. In the indigenous Algonquin language Quebec means“where the river narrows”. Out of this land of coalescing waters and styles emerges Vlooper. Hailing from the francophone Montreal city , Vlooper identifies himself and his art with the struggle/re-definition of Quebecois sovereignity, so don’t call a brother Canadian.
