Vainglorious Lyrics

Hey, rock it up, baby, get ready to fight
Get ready to light up the whole damn night
Jupiter's darling standing in the ring
You got yourself set on being king of kings
Slowly like a drop of tupelo honey
Rolling on down some little girl's money
Here he comes
(Vainglorious)
First serve, first come
(Vainglorious)
Dig me now, dig me now
Avoid the rush
Vainglorious
Offer up all of that devil delight
Keep the camera on the money in the big spotlight
All the other kids think you're so extreme
You don't want the sugar but you'll take the cream
Bundle up, baby said the fortune teller

'Cause vanity, man, is gonna bring some big weather
Here he comes
(Vainglorious)
First serve, first come
(Vainglorious)
Dig me now, dig me now
Avoid the rush
Vainglorious
Hey, you know [Incomprehensible]
Yeah
Oh, here he comes
Here he comes
(Vainglorious)
First serve, first come
(Vainglorious)
Dig me now, dig me now
Avoid the rush
Here he comes
(Vainglorious)
First serve, first come
(Vainglorious)
Dig me now, dig me now
Avoid the rush
Vainglorious, yeah

Enjoy the lyrics !!!

Fallen Theory was formed on August 1st, 2010. With a fan base, accolades and big plans all spurring from the Roseburg-based quintet, the band continues to grow both in artistry while gaining healthy regional popularity. Fallen Theory quickly gained the attention of the public through their intense performances, sold out shows and by engaging the crowd in a show that renders everyone amazed which keeps them coming back for more. "It truly is amazing how fast this band grew. With the rapidly growing fan base and the pure insane amount of shows we were booking we decided it was time to move. With that being said, we decided Eugene, OR, was going to be our new home," says guitarist and founding member John Birks.

Based now in the Eugene area of Central Oregon, Fallen Theory has performed concerts throughout the entire State of Oregon and holds plans to venture further into Washington and California immediately while putting things into motion for their national tour to support the upcoming album. "We love Eugene. It has a great scene and we are surrounded by what we believe is some of the best talent that Oregon has to offer. Eugene has been known for many different things and music definitely being one of them," says drummer James Dunning. Fallen Theory has one of the largest, extremely loyal and ever growing fan base in Central Oregon.

After several lineup changes and member rotations, Fallen Theory has finally settled on a permanent formation that both strengthen the music and stage show alike. "I don't think we've ever been as strong, creative and in-tune in the past as we are now. This lineup is what sets us apart and makes us who we are," says long time bassist Chris Brock. "The music takes a hold of you, takes you to that place that you can only get to through music and holds you there. It's expression, passion and an all out assault on your senses that takes you with it and leaves you feeling amazing afterward," says guitarist Chad Whitson.

Fallen Theory is now John Birks on lead/rhythm guitar, Chad Whitson on lead/rhythm guitar, James Dunning on drums and backing vocals, Chris Brock on bass, and Tanner Cowens, engaging the front of house on lead vocals. "Our chemistry is unlike any other. All I can say is you need to prepare yourself for what's to come. Once you hear the music, there is no escaping. It envelopes you and takes you along for one of the best rides you could ever imagine," says front man Tanner Cowens. The music speaks for itself. It is powerful, melodic, slow, heavy and everything in between. This is a full sound that is guaranteed to catch the attention of fans from all genres of music.
