Uztar is a Los Angeles based band formed in 2001. With influences like mogwai, sigur ros, Hum, Ride, Smashing Pumpkins, and more mainstream bands like Depeche Mode and Deftones, Uztar began its journey into an unpredictable spanish rock scene. Uztar presents an eerie and melodic style that combines steady slow beats with dreamy guitars and fat-faced distortions. In 2001, "Mensaje" was the first album released by the band.
