Wasting My Young Years (KDA Remix) Lyrics

You cross this line
Do you find it hard to say it with me tonight?
I've walked these miles but I've walked in straight line
You'll never know what was there to be
FineI'm wasting my young years
It doesn't matter here
I'm chasing more ideas
It doesn't matter hereBaby
We are
We are
Maybe I'm wasting my young years
Baby
We are
We are
Baby, I'm wasting my young yearsDon't you know that it's all I feel?
I wouldn't worry, you have all your love
I've heard it takes some time to get it behindI'm wasting my young years
It doesn't matter here

I'm chasing more ideas
It doesn't matter hereBaby
We are
We are
Maybe I'm wasting my young years
Baby
We are
We are
Baby, I'm wasting my young yearsI don't know what you want
Don't leave me hanging on
Don't know what you want
Don't leave me hanging on

Singer Hannah Reid and guitarist Dan Rothman met in the dorms of Nottingham University where they began writing music together in 2009. They later added multi-instrumentalist Dot Major to complete the London Grammar line-up. Their popularity rose with the 2012 release of "Hey Now" which they uploaded to the internet and instantly found an online cult following. Their self-released 2013 debut EP "Metal & Dust" reached the Top 5 of the iTunes chart. The same year they signed to Ministry of Sound and the single "Wasting My Young Years" appeared as the first release on the label.
