Watercolour Lyrics

When I'm falling down
Will you pick me up again?
When I'm too far gone
Dead in the eyes of my friendsWill you take me out of here?
When I'm staring down the barrow
When I'm blinded by the lights
When I cannot see your faceTake me out of here
Take me out of here
Take me out of here
Take me out of hereAll I believe
And all I've known
Are being taken from me
Can't get homeYeah, do your worst
When worlds collide
Let their fear collapse
Bring no surpriseTake me out of hereFeed the fire, break your vision
Throw your fists up, come on with me
Feed the fire, break your vision

Throw your fists up, come on with meFeed the fire, break your vision
Throw your fists up, come on with me
Feed the fire, break your vision
Throw your fists up, come on with meJust stay where you are
Let your fear subside
Just stay where you are
If there's nothing to hideFeed the fire, break your vision
Throw your fists up, come on with me
Feed the fire, break your vision
Throw your fists up, come on with meFeed the fire, break your vision
Throw your fists up, come on with me
Feed the fire, break your vision
Throw your fists up, come on with meFeed the fire, break your vision
Throw your fists up, come on with me

Melys were a Welsh band, much loved by the legendary DJ John Peel. Core members were Andrea Parker (vocals), Paul Adams (guitar and keyboards), Carys Jones (keyboards) and Gary Husband. Between 1996 and 2005 they released a total of five full length albums plus numerous other recordings. Their debut album, 'Rumours and Curses', came out in 1998 on Arctic/Pinnacle records, but the band's relationship with the label turned sour, and in 1999 they formed their own label, Sylem Records, on which their second full length album, 'Kamikaze', came out in 2000.
