Mikael is solo music project of Sam Mikael Böök, who lives and makes music in Helsinki, Finland. In his music Mikael tries to capture the same melancholic, roots wise, dusty and surreal feeling of sound-system music that he once got addicted to and that is still echoing in his head. His greatest joy is the thought of being able to transmit that same feeling to somebody else. Inspirations are drawn from a wide spectrum of music, all of that still having something in common.
