Well Well Well Lyrics

Well, well, well, look
Just what the cat dragged in
A foe not a friend in the end
But a dealer in sinI don't want apologies or guarantee
You'll do it all again
Oh no, no, you can play
Those games no moreWell, this time it's different
Yeah, this time you've pushed too far
Can't you find your dignity?
You lost it with your honesty and shameWell, well, well, look
Just what the cat dragged in
A cheater, a liar, a schemer
Oh, where to begin
I don't want apologies or guarantee
You'll do it all againYou sold yourself
And sold me off down the river
You had us all, yeah
An Oscar's on the cardsAnd I bet you kind of liked it

You'll get your comeuppance
And you'll be alone forever and ever
And ever and ever, ohWell, well, well, look
Just what the cat dragged in
A foe, not a friend in the end
But a dealer in sin
I don't want apologies or guarantee
You'll do it all again

Milburn were a four-piece outfit from the city of Sheffield, Yorkshire, England. The band consisted of Joe Carnall (lead vocals/bass), Louis Carnall (vocals/rhythm guitar), Tom Rowley (lead guitar) and Joe Green (drummer). They produced ear-grabbing riffs and essential Melodies, underpinned by the raw tones of the mod-punk era, which epitomises the youthfulness and abundant potential of the band. Milburn's sound has most recently been described as the aggressive riffs of the Jam, with a touch of ska mixed with the hooks and sound of modern contemporaries such as the Libertines and Razorlight.
