Whoa Is Me Lyrics

Whoa is me
Im so whoa
See me decked out from my head to my toe
Whoa is me
Im so whoa
Everywhere I go Im a one man showI feel like a Hollywood star
Hand full of pills, all black car
Rock guitar and ten shots of whisky
Got a chain on my neck and a massive hickey
You say youre a big deal, big deal
Ive been a big deal ever since big wheels
Shits real, I feel
Like a super model who just skipped a meal
I like to party and spend my dough
And when I go to rehab Im putting on a show
And its so spectacular whenever I rap to ya
Im re-enacting my feelings to capture the
Moment like a Nikon and when the mics on

Im a star baby, Im your icon
I put on the light, I shine I glow
Whoa is me
Im so whoaSay whoa (whoa)
The more I feed it whoa (whoa)
The more I need it whoa (whoa)
You say whoa
Whoa is me
Im so whoa
Say whoa (whoa)
The more I feed it whoa (whoa)
The more I need it whoa (whoa)
You say whoa
Whoa is me
Im so whoaIm surrounded by people, Im cool
Everyone is so see-through, not you
Know you think I dont hustle, I do
Used to get up for the bus now I fly to
Drive by you, Ill buy you outright
And Ill bight your style
I try to act like a child
Born yesterday, but born to be wild
I cheated to get what I got
Stepped all up and you set for my spot
I bet you Im winning, I bet that youre not
I bet you dont sin and I bet you get caught
You just leave the talking to me
Im dope and Im hard on my feet
Im the S to the H, the I to the T
What you dont know, you just gotta believeWhoa
The more I feed it whoa (whoa)
The more I need it whoa (whoa)
You say whoa
Whoa is me
Im so whoa
Say whoa (whoa)
The more I feed it whoa (whoa)
The more I need it whoa (whoa)
You say whoa
Whoa is me
Im so whoaIts quiet, right before the storm Im eyeing
Everyone I see, Im silent
So damn fly Im a pilot
No Im a giant
Hope that youre ready when I set off the riot
See my band, see my clothes
Be my fan, see my show
See my plan is to be so dope
That you like me and we like whoaSay whoa (whoa)
The more I feed it whoa (whoa)
The more I need it whoa (whoa)
You say whoa
Whoa is me
Im so whoa
Say whoa (whoa)
The more I feed it whoa (whoa)
The more I need it whoa (whoa)
You say whoa
Whoa is me
Im so whoa

Down With Webster is a six piece hip-hop band from Toronto, Ontario, Canada made up of Patrick Gillett (Pat) on Vocals and Guitar, Martin Seja (Bucky Buck) and Cameron Hunter (Cam) on Vocals, Tyler Armes on Bass and Keyboards, Andrew Martino (Marty) on Drums, and Dave Ferris (Diggy) as DJ. During live shows the band sometimes uses a three piece horn section.

Down With Webster formed in Toronto in the late 90's, beginning as a high school talent show jam band. They recently signed with Universal Motown in April 2009.

In 2007, after multiple demo releases, they released their self titled album and it was available on the Kill The 8 store, as well as merch.

And in 2008, Down With Webster won the Rogers Mobile/Universal Music best unsigned artist in Canada award, and in 2009 both KISS front man Gene Simmons and Timbaland expressed interest in signing the band to their respective labels. According Timbaland, "That group is the most amazing and creative, innovative group that’s going to come out in 2010."

The band's debut EP Time to Win Vol. 1 was released on October 6, 2009, and the single "Rich Girl$" debuted on the Canadian Hot 100 at #47 for the week of October 24, 2009, and peaked at #21 on January 9, 2010. The follow-up single "Your Man" was released to Canadian radio stations in January 2010. Since then it has peaked at #12 on the Canadian Hot 100, outperforming their debut single on the chart. In August 2010, the band released "Whoa is Me" as their last single on the "Time to Win, Vol. 1" EP.

From mid-October 2010 through late November, Down with Webster toured with 3oh!3 on the "Streets of Gold" tour. They gained a large American following during this. After the tour, the boys arrived back to Toronto to finish recording their follow-up album, "Time to Win, Vol. 2" before their own headlining tour, "Wintour 2011".

The band is from the Beaches neighbourhood in Toronto and have played the Beaches International Jazz Festival from 2003-2005 and can be seen walking around this neighbourhood in the summer.
