Who's Gonna Catch You Now Lyrics

Every time you fell, I was there to catch you
Every time you called, I picked up the phone
I threw you a lifeline
Every time you started sinking
Are you ready to do it aloneWho's gonna go out and find you
When you're lost out in the night
Who's gonna be the voice that tells you
Every thing's alright
Who's gonna be the one to pick you up
When you fall down
Tell me who
Who's gonna catch you nowEvery time you cried, I was there to tell you
Every single tear will help you grow
Hope you'll understand my silence - will make you stronger
So I'm letting you do it aloneWho's gonna go out and find you
When you're lost out in the night
Who's gonna be the voice that tells you
Every thing's alright

Who's gonna be the one to pick you up
When you fall down
Tell me who - Who's gonna catch you nowI'll always love you - and I hope you'll always now
The best way to help you, was to let you go
Who's gonna go out and find you
When you're lost out in the night
Who's gonna be the voice that tells you
Every thing's alright
Who's gonna be the one to pick you up
When you fall down
Tell me who - Who's gonna catch you now

Kenny Wayne Shepherd and his group exploded on the scene in the mid-'90s and garnered huge amounts of radio airplay on commercial radio, which historically has not been a solid home for blues and blues-rock music, with the exception of Stevie Ray Vaughan in the mid-'80s. Shepherd was born June 12, 1977, in Shreveport, LA. The Shreveport native began playing at age seven, figuring out Muddy Waters licks from his father's record collection (he has never taken a formal lesson).
