Wreckin' Ball Lyrics

At any town, in any place.
You know her style, you see her face.
Don't misbehave, she'll treat you right.
Make one wrong move and, well she's uptight.
Well With that attempt to knock you out and shout just like a wreckin' ball of love,
Wreckin' ball of love.
The chain of hair, five hundred pounds.
She's swingin' out, and swingin' down.
Her beauty lies, within one curve.
Beware of her if, you've got the nerve.
Well, With that attempt to knock you out and shout just like a wreckin' ball of love,
Wreckin' ball of love.
I'm tellin' you, don't get in her way.
For she'll be here to say, now you're gonna pay.

It won't be long, till you're alone.
Within her kiss, a broken bone.
So heed these words, anywhere you go.
Beware of her and, her mighty blow.
Well with that attempt to knock you out and shout just like a wreckin' ball of love, wreckin' ball of love.
I'm tellin' you, don't get in her way.
For she'll be here to say, right now you're gonna pay.

Girl Trouble are a long-running rock band from Washington, USA, formed in 1983, when three musicians from Tacoma, WA joined forces as well as one from Spokane, WA (Kendall). The band played their first show in 1984, and signed to Olympia's K Records label soon afterwards, on which they released two singles ("Riverbed" and "Old Time Religion") in 1987. One of their songs, "Gonna Find A Cave", made an appearance on the legendary Sub Pop 200 compilation alongside tracks by other Washingtonians such as Nirvana and Soundgarden.
