بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
In the name of Allah, the most gracious, the most merciful:
ربي امحِ عني ما كان مني
O my Lord, erase from me whatever wrongdoing came from me,
سوءًا فإني بك اعتصامي
For in You alone is my refuge and protection,
وحطَّ ذنبي وأحيِ قلبي
Remove my sin and revive my heart,
فأنت ربي محيي العظام
For You are my Lord, the One who gives life to the bones.
(Repeated twice)
يا رب الجنة، طريقة نبينا
O my Lord of Paradise, guide me upon the path of our Prophet,
محمدٍ سيدِ العالمين
Muhammad, the master of all worlds.

وجهٌ جميل، قلبٌ كحيل
A beautiful face, a heart deep and dark (like kohl),
ظلّ قليلًا على الأنام
Remain a little longer as shade for all people.
فرّج كروبي واستر عيوبي
Relieve my distresses and conceal my faults,
واعفُ ذنوبي واغفر آثامي
Pardon my sins and forgive my misdeeds.
(Repeated twice)
يا رب الجنة، طريقة نبينا
O my Lord of Paradise, guide me upon the path of our Prophet,
محمدٍ سيدِ العالمين
Muhammad, the master of all worlds.
وجهٌ جميل، قلبٌ كحيل
