Fluorescent combine ice-cold dance pop and razor-blade wall of sound guitars resulting in genre-bending songs fusing italo with shoegaze with acid house with goth. From Melbourne, Australia; songwriter & vocalist Simon Castricum is joined by guitarist Nicholas Ruljancich & Toby Kelly on drums. Fluorescent began as a duo with Simon and wife Naomi, out of Melbourne’s burgeoning electro scene in 2001.
