You're the One That I Want Lyrics

Tell me about it studI got chills, they're multiplyin'
And I'm losin' control
'Cause the power you're supplyin'
It's electrifyin'You better shape up
'Cause I need a man and my heart is set on you
You better shape up
You better understand, to my heart I must be trueNothin' left, nothin' left for me to doYou're the one that I want
(You are the one I want)
Ooh, ooh, ooh, honey, the one that I want
(You are the one I want, want)Ooh, ooh, ooh, honey, the one that I want
(You are the one I want, want)
Ooh, ooh, ooh
The one I need, oh yes, indeedIf you're filled with affection
You're too shy to convey
Meditate in my direction
Feel your wayI better shape up 'cause you need a man
I need a man who can keep me satisfied
I better shape up if I'm gonna prove

You better prove that my faith is justifiedAre you sure?
Yes, I'm sure down deep insideYou're the one that I want
(You are the one I want, want)
Ooh, ooh, ooh, honey, the one that I want
(You are the one I want, want)Ooh, ooh, ooh, honey, the one that I want
(You are the one I want)
Ooh, ooh, ooh
The one I need, oh yes, indeedYou're the one that I want
(You are the one I want, want)
Ooh, ooh, ooh, honey, the one that I want
(You are the one I want, want)Ooh, ooh, ooh, honey, the one that I want
(You are the one I want)
Ooh, ooh, ooh
The one I need, oh yes, indeedYou're the one that I want
(You are the one I want, want)
Ooh, ooh, ooh, honey, the one that I want
(You are the one I want, want)Ooh, ooh, ooh, honey, the one that I want
(You are the one I want)
Ooh, ooh, ooh
The one I need, oh yes, indeed

Matthew Hemerlein, better known by the stage name Lo-Fang, is a singer-songwriter and classically trained musician. The stage name came up while driving through Sedona, Arizona on his way to Los Angeles. He chose it mainly because of the symmetry of the letters and his attempt to balance the feminine and masculine elements in his music. At age 5, Lo-Fang began playing violin. During the latter years of the 2000s, Lo-Fang began teaching music to kids and performing in galleries and museums.
