飯塚雅弓, or Iizuka Mayumi, was born in Tokyo but was raised in Taiwan and Yokohama. She is best known for her role as the seiyuu of Kasumi (Misty) in Pocket Monsters. She also plays the voice of female characters for other games and animes, like Lasty Farson of Angelic Serenade.
