Ickoo is the main alias of the Texas breakcore producer Spencer Smith. Spencer Smith was born in Houston, Texas on July 21, 1980. He began his musical career in 1994 playing broken equipment in an experimental noise band known as W>><<GAS (Who Gives A Shit) and around 1999 converted over into the electronic/digital realm of production and began producing tracks independently. In 1999, Spencer Smith, along with former band member Alan Hencey, co-founded Briokids Recordings to house odd and experimental electronic music.
