maturity Lyrics

(I don't understand you sometimes, I swear you are so smart, You could do anything, But one of these days, You're gonna have to grow up)It's kind of funny how
We admire maturity
And burning ourselves
With so much guilt and worry
Si with simplicity
With age we forget it
And the children we ridicule
Cause they still get itAnd where did the easy times go
Do you feel better now that you knowAnd whats so great
At the end of the day please tell me
Of being grown
And everything that comes along with it
Ignorance is bliss
Tell me what would you miss
About maturity(I've got plans for myself, I'm grown now, You know we're not getting any younger)It's inevitable
The loss of innocence
Into reality
Been like this ever since

The apple tasted
Followed by bitter tense
We didn't use to know
What any of these other words meantAnd where did the easy times go
Do you feel better now that you knowAnd whats so great
At the end of the day please tell me
Of being grown
And everything that comes along with it
Ignorance is bliss
Tell me what would you miss
About maturityI never would've thought the way we were
Is now how we want to be
Never could've told me back then
Just how we would love
Without a care in the worldAnd whats so great
At the end of the day please tell me
Of being grown
And everything that comes along with it
Ignorance is bliss
Tell me what would you miss
About maturityAnd whats so great
At the end of the day please tell me
Of being grown
And everything that comes along with it
Ignorance is bliss
Tell me what would you miss
About maturity

There are two bands with this name: 1) Finisterre - hardcore band from Köln, Germany 2) Finisterre - progressive rock band from Italy. It is an outstanding band with exceptional musicianship, which performs a well balanced music. Finisterre have been one of the leading bands in the resurgence of 70s styled symphonic bands in the 90s. The band is very faithful to their national tradition. Acoustic guitars and flutes are used with maestry, shifting to intense tempo parts rich in symphonic and fusion moods, that stay fresh even after several listenings.
