Kartāga was a legendary psychedelic post-punk / industrial underground band from Rīga, Latvia. They were active from 1994 to 1996. The band consisted of Andris Indāns - guitar, vocals (currently Andžons, Gas of Latvia), Edgars Šubrovskis - guitar, vocals (currently Hospitāļu iela and Gaujarts), Uldis Kairis - bass guitar (currently Voiceks Voiska) and Uldis Zariņš - drums (currently Voiceks Voiska).
