There is more than 1 artist named BG: 1 - BG was a hardcore punk band from Arkansas who released a demo in 2001. 2 - BG is a southern rapper with a career that has spanned over a decade. As one of the original members of Cash Money Records and an original Hot Boy, BG is perhaps most famous for having coined the phrase "Bling Bling" with his single of the same name. After having achieved independent success following his leaving Cash Money, he has recently signed a major label deal with Atlantic.
