Existing only in the mind of the listener, assuming the name "cloudy, with occasional rain", a sound has come with the intention of consuming us all. More than 17,000 people have fallen victim to this horror since 2003, with the first reported instance in early February of that year where one Edmonton man actually listened himself to death. Little else is known about this "cloudy, with occasional rain". It simply seems that whomever thinks they hear it will never again hear another sound.
