GRUBB
Grubb comes up when Ignacio Vecino (songwriter, vocal and guitar in the band) writes a lot of songs in his house and decides to form a band. That's how Ignacio Vecino and Manuel Souto (drums) got together. Martin Garcia (bass); Miguel Campal (guitar, keyboard, vocal); Manuel Contreras (keyboard) would join them later, and in a few songs the colaboration of Leonardo Mendez (sax). In the beggining of 2008 the band gets solid and they start giving their first shows, recording some demos, with songs like ¨Revolution¨, ¨Familiar¨,¨Been¨,¨Lonesome Player¨, and many others. A long 2008 with frequent appearances on radio, shows, some Tv shows and written press. In February 2009, Ignacio Vecino and Miguel Campal make a colaboration with English singer Stacey Cohen, in the song¨Fine Times¨, taking care of the production. The song was included in her debut album realesed on April 20th. Grubb is actually working on its first album, still with no release date, but it will be ready in June/July. Read more on Last.fm.
