Blame It On The Weather Lyrics

They say that letting go of what you love the most will be the best choice in the end.
So come a little closer, tell me youre a wreck and this is moving way too fast for you. Alas, its the same damn story that Ive heard a half a dozen times by a half a dozen girls.
Well this not about the ending and this is not about your words. This is getting over anything to do with you. And I can blame it on the weather or I can blame it on your pills, but the fact is we were never meant to ever last.
I wrote you off the very second we broke up cause I could never go through this again with you cause baby you're a God damn mess just like you said you were; but I ignored it in spite of your eyes.
Well this not about the ending and this is not about your words. This is getting over anything to do with you. And I can blame it on the weather or I can blame it on your pills, but the fact is we were never meant to ever last.
Can I consider this my lesson in romantics? But would it be so bad if I were there for you?
Well this not about the ending and this is not about your words. This is getting over anything to do with you. And I can blame it on the weather or I can blame it on your pills, but the fact is we were never meant to ever last. And you went and tore this anniversary in half oh no, but I wont live another second in the past.

Hailing from the South East of London; Arthur Walwin has been building a name for himself with his soulful, heartfelt ballads. Taking on the role of artist and producer on all of his releases and often incorporating many of his influences into his music. Arthur’s songs are reminiscent of early Mayday Parade and some of the slower songs by artists like You Me At Six and Paramore. The EP is a departure from his band (Paige), however there are still shades of piano-lead American Pop Punk/Rock in his songs. Read more on Last.fm.
