Bubbly (feat. Idris Elba) Lyrics

Been awake for a while now
You've got me feelin' like a little child
'Cause every time I see your bubbly face
I get the tingles in a silly placeCaught on my toes, and I rinkle my nose
Where ever it goes, yea I always know
And you make me smile, please, stay for a while now
Take your time wherever you goRain is fallin' on my window pane
But we are hidin' in a safer place
Under covers stayin' dry and warm
You give me feelings that I adoreIt starts in my toes, make me crinkle my nose
Wherever it goes, yea I always know
And you make me smile, please, stay for a while now
Take your time wherever you goWhat am I gonna say? mmm
And you make me feel this way
I just, mmm
What am I gonna say?
You make me
You make me feel this way

Oh, I'm just mmmI've been asleep for a while now
You tucked me in just like a child now
And every time you hold me in your arms
I'm comfortable enough to feel your warmthIt starts in my soul, and I lose all control
You kiss my nose and feelin' shows
You make me smile, baby, take your time now
Hold me tight wherever you goWherever you go now
Wherever you go now
Wherever you go
Wherever you go yea yea yea
Wherever you go yea
Wherever you go
Wherever you go yea
I'll always know
'Cause you make me smile now
I'll always know

Macy Gray (born Natalie McIntyre September 6, 1967) from Canton, Ohio is a Grammy Award winning neo soul/R&B singer, songwriter, record producer and actress. To date, Macy has released five studio albums, one compilation album and a live album. She has acted in a number of movies including Training Day, Idlewild, and Lackawanna Blues, Gray is best known for her international hit single "I Try", taken from her multi-platinum debut album On How Life Is. Other hits include "Sweet Baby," "Do Something," "When I See You," and "Beauty in the World."

Macy Gray was originally hesitant to record a studio album due to what is, arguably, her most recognizable feature -- her voice. She started her music career as a songwriter. Her first album was actually a mistake; she was at the studio waiting for the person who was supposed to be singing her song, and the producer wanted to hear what one of the songs was supposed to sound like. Once she started singing, the producer liked the rough sound of her voice so much he offered her a record deal.
