Fairweather Friend Lyrics

You need a love that will not change
You want a lover to remain forever yours
Oh, but you dont have to worry, you never have to fear
Through thick and thin Ill always be hereIll be your bridge over and through troubled waters
You never have to face it alone
And when the world seems to treat you unfair
Baby, for you Ill always be thereI wont be no fairweather friend
Ill be there till the end
Even through stormy weather
Time and time againI wont be no fairweather friend
Ill be there till the end
Even through stormy weather
Time and time againSometimes I know its rough for you
And then there are times youre hurt and blue, got so much pain
Oh, but I, Im the kind of person who can take the hurt away
You never have to suffer againIll be your strength to carry you over the mountain
To lift you up when youre fallin down
Baby, be strong, you can believe in me

Cause Im your friend and Ill always, always, always be right thereI wont be no fairweather friend
Ill be there till the end
Even through stormy weather
(Even through stormy weather)
Time and time againI wont be no fairweather friend
(Never, never, never let you)
Ill be there till the end
(Ill never, never let you go)
Even through stormy weather
(Through the storm, through the rain)
Time and time again(I wont be no fairweather friend)
Ill lay your head on my, my shoulder
(Ill be there till the end)
Ill lay your head up on my shoulder
(Even through stormy weather)
Ill be, Ill be, I will be right there for you
(Time and time again)(I wont be no fairweather friend)
Through the bad times, my baby
(Ill be there till the end)
Ill be your sunshine
(Even through stormy weather)
Time and time againAah, aah, aah
Oh, baby, for you Ill always be there, ohI wont be no fairweather friend
Ill be there till the end
Even through stormy weather
Time and time againI wont be no fairweather friend
Ill be there till the end
Even through stormy weather
Time and time againBaby, I know whats right for you
Maybe sometimes youre feelin blue
But I wont let ya, I wont let ya
Youre never gonna face no pain againCause baby, no mountains high enough
Im gonna be there to lift you up
Baby, call my name and Ill be there(I wont be no fairweather friend)
Ill lay your head on my, my shoulder
(Ill be there till the end)
Ill lay your head up on my shoulder
Ill be, Ill be, I will be right there for you(I wont be no fairweather friend)
Through the bad times, my baby
(Ill be there till the end)
Ill be your sunshine
Time and time againI wont be no fairweather friend
Ill be there till the end
Even through stormy weather
Time and time againI wont be no fairweather friend
Ill be there till the end
Even through stormy weather
Time and time again

Pop group previously named "The Consequence" from Roseland, New Jersey. Released their debut “By The Bedside” EP in late 2006.
Members: Jean Paul Makhlouf, Alexander Luke Makhlouf, Sam Frisch, Anthony Villicari

The history of the band dates back to 1998 when Sam Frisch and Jean Paul Makhlouf started a band with a couple of school friends called Full Moon. After two years of playing the band fell apart. In 2000, Sam and drummer, Steve Cozzarelli, started a punk band called Something to Say with friend Jeff Sayers, who played bass and sang. After a while, Jean Paul joined the fray and they started to hone their songwriting skills. Tensions between Jean Paul and Steve arose, and Steve soon exited the band in 2001. Local drummer Mike DiRoma took over drumming duties, and the band finally changed their name to The Consequence. By 2004, all of the members were in college, and Jeff soon left the band. Sam moved from guitar to bass and Jean Paul's brother, Alex, was brought into the fray on keyboards. Tensions between Mike and the rest of the band started to come to an extreme in early 2006, and the parties decided to go their separate ways. Finding a drummer to replace DiRoma became a difficult task, and the band was talking to several different people in the local scene, including Sam's brother, Josh. Eventually, the band's present drummer, Anthony Villicari, was brought in due to his close proximity and friendship with Alex. In 2006, solo artist Adam Richman was brought in as another guitarist/singer, but then left in 2007. The band was signed to Universal Republic Records in late 2007, and changed their name to Cash Cash in 2008.
