How Lucky I Am Lyrics

Standing in a field of three leaf clovers
Waiting for the rain to pass over
And no rainbows
On my shoulderJust the weight of walking day to day
Nothing shiny coming along the way
Then I saw you and I reached out
Ain't no more blue, now I understandJust how lucky I am, lucky I am
To be the one who fills your eyes
Blowin' away, sails on a lake
Flyin' like a flag in the sky
Bright colored balloons in the wind
That's how lucky I am
How lucky I amNow the road is rising up to meet me
And my half empty cup is filled completely
And I'm drinking that sweet taste of rain
So grateful for each moment I getHow lucky I am, lucky I am
To be the one who fills your eyes
Blowin' away, sails on a lake

Flyin' like a flag in the sky
Bright colored balloons in the wind
That's how lucky I amTo have found you
I could have walked on by
But the stars were on my sideHow lucky I am, lucky I am
To be the one who fills your eyes
Blowin' away, sails on a lake
Flyin' like a flag in the sky
Bright colored balloons in the wind
That's how lucky I am
How luckyJust how lucky I am, lucky I am
To be the one who fills your eyesLucky I am
Lucky I am

Bryan White was born February 17, 1974 in Lawton, Oklahoma. In the mid 1990s, when Bryan was only in his early twenties, he quickly became one of country music's hottest young stars earning number one singles on the Billboard country chart with his songs "Someone Else's Star" and "Rebecca Lynn" from his debut album. "I'm Not Supposed to Love You Anymore" reached fourth, and then he had numbers with "So Much For Pretending" and "Sittin' On Go" from his second album. Although one critic labelled Bryan's first two albums as "surprisingly mature", it was mainly teen fans which helped launch his success. The first issue of Teen Country magazine was devoted solely to him.
