In the Mouth of Madness (Radio Edit) Lyrics

Hey there, would you like to ride
On the best event since suicide?
Hey people, come and board the train
Come anesthetize your frazzled brainHey you, Mr. fancy pants
Don't play it safe, come take a chance
Hey, Mrs. I don't really care
Come along with us, there's room to spareCome fill your heart with gladness
We've got no sense, no sadness
Here in the mouth of madnessHey Mr., don't you walk away
Why save yourself for a rainy day?
If you miss it, you will fall behind
Don't think too much, just lose your mindYou'll be a gypsy man
You'll have no sense, no sadness
Here in the mouth of madnessYou've got no self control
Come be the first to shout it, now
We're gonna make you wholeHey there, would you like to ride
On the best event since suicide?
Hey people, come and board the train

Come anesthetize your frazzled brainHey, this is your last chance
To lose control and live the dance
Hey people, we're about to go
Don't fill the crowd, be in the showYou've got no self control
Now, you don't feel sadness
You're in the mouth of madnessYou be a gypsy man
You've got no sense, no sadness
You're in the mouth of madness

Spock's Beard is a progressive rock band formed in 1992 in Los Angeles by brothers Neal and Alan Morse. Neal (keyboards/vocals) and Alan (guitars) were joined by fellow musicians Nick D'Virgilio (Nick D'Virgilio, drums - also known as NDV) and Dave Meros (bass), and were later joined by veteran keyboardist Ryo Okumoto. Spock's Beard play a brand of progressive rock with pop music leanings, drawing much influence from Genesis and The Beatles. They are also well known for their intricate multi-part vocal harmonies and use of counterpoint much in the vein of Gentle Giant.
