Look At Me Now Lyrics

Here you are on the back of my mind again
Dont guess its gonna get any better
Is your memory ever gonna end
Or does it go on forever?I was the one when you left town
Said Id get along somehow
Didnt take long to find out
That I was wrongLook at me now, nothing but a whole lot of time on my hands
Look at me now, thought I wouldnt need you, now I understand
You said, I was never gonna learn, look at me nowI was so busy looking out for myself
I know I must have took you for granted
I didnt want to make room for someone else
Didnt know love when I had itYou were the one who set me free
But you can lay the blame on me
Come my way and youll see
That I have changedLook at me now, nothing but a whole lot of time on my hands
Look at me now, thought I wouldnt need you, now I understand
You said, I was never gonna learn, just look at me nowCalling your name in the quiet of the night
Seeing your face every time I close my eyes

Its always the same, I keep hoping that you mightLook at me now, standing here holding my heart in my hands
Look at me now, wishing Id told you, we could still start again
What Id give if you turned and look at me nowHere you are on the back of my mind again

Bryan White was born February 17, 1974 in Lawton, Oklahoma. In the mid 1990s, when Bryan was only in his early twenties, he quickly became one of country music's hottest young stars earning number one singles on the Billboard country chart with his songs "Someone Else's Star" and "Rebecca Lynn" from his debut album. "I'm Not Supposed to Love You Anymore" reached fourth, and then he had numbers with "So Much For Pretending" and "Sittin' On Go" from his second album. Although one critic labelled Bryan's first two albums as "surprisingly mature", it was mainly teen fans which helped launch his success. The first issue of Teen Country magazine was devoted solely to him.
