Notice Lyrics

I think I'll write him a notice
He lives on the fifth floor, I'm on the first floor
Whenever he comes down he hops in his 64
Casey and Jojo flows out of his window
And I can tell by what he drives he's a fly guy
In my mind he pulls off slow, I'm watchin' him don't he know?
About 12:26, 'cause I'm in 1226
I'm watching as he comes home and wonder why he's alone
If he only knew about the girl on level one
I think I'll write him a notice, a notice
So he can notice that I'm tryin' to get his attention
If I write you a notice, a notice
Can you come on over and we get more better acquainted?
I think I'll write him a notice, a notice
So he can notice that I'm tryin' to get his attention
And if I write you a notice, a notice
Can you come on over and P.S. don't forget my extension?
I'm gettin' impatient and my time is wasting

Should I make the first move before he is taken?
Or maybe he's taken, oh I can't take it
I just gotta know about the guy on the fifth floor
And I don't know what to do, I'm lost in my lust for you
We never met it's true, but I feel like I know you
Can I get through?
Can I make you feel the same way about me as I do?
I think I'll write him a notice, a notice
So he can notice that I'm tryin' to get his attention
If I write you a notice, a notice
Can you come on over and we get more better acquainted?
I think I'll write him a notice, a notice
So he can notice that I'm tryin' to get his attention
And if I write you a notice, a notice
Can you come on over and P.S. don't forget my extension?
I think I notice everything just by watchin' you
Judging by your car I think your favorite color's blue
Same routine everyday you hit the gym at two
I think you'll feel the same once we're properly introduced
It's this face you make every time something's wrong
Before you go to bed you take two shots of Patron
Every night you fall asleep with the T.V. on
I don't know why you're alone?
I think I'll write him a notice, a notice
So he can notice that I'm tryin' to get his attention
If I write you a notice, a notice
Can you come on over and we get more better acquainted?
I think I'll write him a notice, a notice
So he can notice that I'm tryin' to get his attention
And if I write you a notice, a notice
Can you come on over and P.S. don't forget my extension?
I think I'll write him a notice, a notice
So he can notice that I'm tryin' to get his attention
If I write you a notice, a notice
Can you come on over and we get more better acquainted?

Cherish is an R&B group, as well as a Japanese pop duet. The latter may also be tagged チェリッシュ

Cherish is an American R&B and hip hop quartet consisting of the sisters Farrah King (born February 17, 1984), Neosha King (born January 26, 1986), and twins Felisha and Fallon King (born June 5, 1987). The four sisters are originally from ]Illinois, but moved to Atlanta to further their musical career.

Cherish's first single, entitled "Miss P" was produced by Jermaine Dupri, written by Kandi and featured Da Brat, released by Warner Bros.' imprint reprise records. They can also be found on Da Brat's single "In Luv Wit Chu" in 2003. They also recorded 3 songs for The Powerpuff Girls: Power Pop soundtrack called "Chemical X", "Power of a Female" and "Me and My Girls". They completed a whole album named The Moment that was shelved for undisclosed reasons. After 3 years the group came back with the summer hit "Do It to It" which featured Sean Paul of the YoungBloodZ. The single hit the Billboard Hot 100 at number 12 and entered many other charts including the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs on Billboard and many more. The second single off the album was "Unappreciated".

Their sophomore album entitled The Truth was released on May 13, 2008. The first single, "Killa" hit the Top 40 on the Pop charts, while the follow-up is "Amnesia". In a recent interview member, Fallon, described the album as: "The biggest difference to me is the fact that you grow artistically whenever you’re being creative and we’ve been creative for the past couple of years. Our artistry has grown. When we wrote The Truth, we named the album The Truth because basically every song on the album is from personal experiences and we wanted to get personal with our fans. We want everybody to know that they’re not alone going through these things and we’re here.

They are currently working on a comeback album due out to mid 2009.

Cherish is also the name of a duet from Japan in the 70s.
