Positive Reinforcement Lyrics

Advisory - the following lyrics contain explicit language:
Today sucked
You knew it would
Yesterday and tomorrow's not looking good
So wake up
With the sun
Go ahead and stare at it if you want
Leave me outside where
I can't breatheToday sucked
You knew it would
Whoa, whoa

Today sucked
You knew it would
Yes you did, yes you did and tomorrow's not looking goodIt's too late
To take it back
Move forward
Don't live in the past
Take a deep breath
And let it out
Go ahead and tell me what this life's about
Leave me outside where
I can't breatheToday sucked
You knew it would
Whoa, whoa
Today sucked
You knew it would
Yes you did, yes you did and tomorrow's not looking good
Today sucked
You knew it would
Whoa, whoa
Today sucked
You knew it would
Yes you did, yes you did and tomorrow's not looking good
And tomorrow's not looking good
And tomorrow's not looking goodYou're ticking like a time bomb
Mentally insane, no one but yourself to blame
So wake up (wake up)
So wake up (wake up)
So wake up!Today sucked
You knew it would
Whoa, whoa
Today sucked
You knew it would
Yes you did, yes you did and tomorrow's not looking good
Today sucked
You knew it would
Whoa, whoa
Today sucked
You knew it would
Yes you did, yes you did and tomorrow's not looking goodDon't life push you around
Make your own path and never look back
Don't life push you around
Make your own path and never look back

Wakefield is a four piece rock band from Mechanicsville, Maryland. Their initial stage as a pop punk outfit, as heard on 2003's "American Made", was both witty and infectious, but was abandoned by the time of their second official release "Which Side Are You On?". The latter record showcases the band's newfound musical maturity and versatility. There was also a band named Wakefield from North Carolina in the mid to late 90s that played alt-rock music.
