Superstar Lyrics

I don't have to take my hair out of my ponytail
Don't have to change my style up or come out the clothes I wear
Because of you I'm able to get through the stormy weather
You know the words to say just to make my day go better
Anything (Anything)
That I do (That I do)
I know I'll always be beautiful to you (always be beautiful to you)
Thought I had all my senses but you gave me touch (you gave me touch)
Without you I wouldn't know love
[Chorus]
I know when I come home I'm your superstar
Even if no records were so I'm your superstar
No matter the time I know always through your eyes
I'll remain a superstar
No need to put on make-up just cause you came around (came around)

Don't have to hide my tears from you whenever I feel down (I feel down)
No one else makes me feel the way you do you're so good to me (good to me)
And I'm still alive and I know that that's because of my baby
Anything (Anything)
That I do (That I do, that I do baby)
I know I'll always be beautiful to you (always be beautiful to you)
Thought I had all my senses but you gave me touch (you gave me touch, yeah)
Without you I wouldn't know love (Love)
[Chorus]
I know when I come home I'm your superstar (I'm your superstar, oh yeah)
Even if no records were so I'm your superstar
No matter the time I know always through your eyes (No matter, yeah, yeah, yeah)
I'll remain a superstar
I'll give my heart
I give my heart, my soul, my all to you
And I promise to never leave you
I'll give all my love to you (My love, my love)
And promise to stand by you forever and ever
Anything (Anything)
That I do (That I do)
I know I'll always be beautiful to you
Thought I had all my senses but you gave me touch
Without you I wouldn't know love
[Chorus]
I know when I come home I'm your superstar (I'm your superstar, yeah)
Even if no records were so I'm your superstar (You help me through it all)
No matter the time I know always through your eyes (No matter the time, through your eyes)
I'll remain a superstar (star)
[Chorus]
I know when I come home I'm your superstar (When I, I'm your superstar)
Even if no records were so I'm your superstar (Oh baby)
No matter the time I know always through your eyes (No matter the time, I know always through your eyes)
I'll remain a superstar (I'll be, I'll be your superstar

Cherish is an R&B group, as well as a Japanese pop duet. The latter may also be tagged チェリッシュ

Cherish is an American R&B and hip hop quartet consisting of the sisters Farrah King (born February 17, 1984), Neosha King (born January 26, 1986), and twins Felisha and Fallon King (born June 5, 1987). The four sisters are originally from ]Illinois, but moved to Atlanta to further their musical career.

Cherish's first single, entitled "Miss P" was produced by Jermaine Dupri, written by Kandi and featured Da Brat, released by Warner Bros.' imprint reprise records. They can also be found on Da Brat's single "In Luv Wit Chu" in 2003. They also recorded 3 songs for The Powerpuff Girls: Power Pop soundtrack called "Chemical X", "Power of a Female" and "Me and My Girls". They completed a whole album named The Moment that was shelved for undisclosed reasons. After 3 years the group came back with the summer hit "Do It to It" which featured Sean Paul of the YoungBloodZ. The single hit the Billboard Hot 100 at number 12 and entered many other charts including the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs on Billboard and many more. The second single off the album was "Unappreciated".

Their sophomore album entitled The Truth was released on May 13, 2008. The first single, "Killa" hit the Top 40 on the Pop charts, while the follow-up is "Amnesia". In a recent interview member, Fallon, described the album as: "The biggest difference to me is the fact that you grow artistically whenever you’re being creative and we’ve been creative for the past couple of years. Our artistry has grown. When we wrote The Truth, we named the album The Truth because basically every song on the album is from personal experiences and we wanted to get personal with our fans. We want everybody to know that they’re not alone going through these things and we’re here.

They are currently working on a comeback album due out to mid 2009.

Cherish is also the name of a duet from Japan in the 70s.
