That Summer, At Home I Had Become the Invisible Bo Lyrics

And fourteen and you know
That I'm looking the wrong way
And is the past outside
Or in this lovely homeA strong father figure
And with a, a heart of gold
A loving mother
A loving motherThey're standing outside
A-a-and they're, they're looking in
They're standing outside
A-a-and they're, they're looking inThey're standing outside
A-a-and they're, they're looking in
The kids are on fire in the bedroomThe cunt sits at his desk
And he's plotting away
The kids are on fire in the bedroomAnd fourteen and you know
That I've learned the easy way
Some stupid decisions
And with a-a-broken heartAnd they're sitting around the table
A-a-and they're talking behind your back

A loving mother
A loving motherThey're standing outside
A-a-and they're, they're looking in
They're standing outside
A-a-and they've, they've broken inThe kids are on fire in the bedroom
The cunt sits at his desk
A-a-and he's plotting away
The kids are on fire in the bedroomThe kids are on fire in the bedroom
The kids are on fire in the bedroom

The Twilight Sad are an indie rock band from Kilsyth, Scotland formed in late 2003. The band is composed of James Alexander Graham (vocals), Andy MacFarlane (guitar/keyboards) and Mark Devine (drums). They have released three full-length albums: Fourteen Autumns & Fifteen Winters (2007), Forget the Night Ahead (2009) and No One Can Ever Know (2012). Where their debut album mixed post-rock and post-punk with heavily delayed shoegaze guitars and folk elements, their second album is more influenced by early krautrock.
