To Earth With Love Lyrics

Use the latest sciences to make the world a better place
Icicles and S.R.I.S take the edge and send those blues away
It's a beautiful day, in my neighborhood
Come what maySupernatural fairy tales they told you when you were in school
God was good and boys were boys, and men never went to the moon
But that's cool! Aerosmith rule
To earth with love, from the kids up above
Ah c'mon! Let's get it on
To earth with love, from the kids up aboveHills I cannot climb, 'cos I haven't got the time
Things I've never seen in a while, in a while, in a while
Living in my head in my head, in my head
You'd better look out world, 'cos nothing's gonna bring me downWell c'mon! Let's get it on
Put your platforms on! We can dance 'til dawn
I'm feeling fine! Living here in my mind
It's just a matter of time, before I feel okayHills I cannot climb, 'cos I haven't got the time
Things I've never seen in a while, in a while, in a while
Living in my head in my head, in my head
You'd better look out world, 'cos nothing's gonna bring me downWell c'mon! Let's get it on

Won't you put the Kraftwerk on?
I'm feeling fine! Living here in my mind
It's just a matter of time, before I feel okayTo earth with love, from the kids up above
Ah c'mon
To earth with love, from the kids up above
Lets all defy 'em them is there anything left to love? It's so easy to complain
Take a look around everything's okay
Take it easy, take your time
Let it go and drift away

Gay Dad were one of the last UK Brit rock bands to be launched in the late 1990s. They generated massive media interest and had moderate chart success but they failed to sustain their popularity and broke up in 2002. The original line-up consisted of rock critic Cliff Jones (guitar/vocals), James Riseboro (keyboards), Nigel Hoyle (bass), Charley Stone (guitar) and Nicholas Crowe (drummer). Gay Dad was first formed in 1994 by former Mojo and The Face journalist Cliff Jones, his schoolfriend Baz Crowe, and Nigel Hoyle.
