Void Lyrics

Well your hands are tied.
You can't even smile.
Your body is so cold now.
'Cause everything's wrong. Oh what have you done?
Oh everything's so wrong.
You made a face that I used to hate seem so flawless.
But your problem was that you still plamause him in the same way too.And it felt so strange when I lost my name and I lost my place.Darling I can't stay,
and coming here was a big mistake.
I filled a void in you,
so how could you, why would you treat me so cruel?
How could you, why would you treat me so cruel?
How could you, why would you? They called you a fraud,
said you have no heart.
And I shouldn't forgive you.
But aren't we in love?
'Cause I'm still in love.
I thought we were in love?Do you hear my voice when he calls your name, does he say it the same way?
Were we meant to be? Or just a game? Was I just a phase? And I felt so numb under your thumb.

Well I guess you've won.Darling I can't stay,
and coming here was a big mistake.
I filled a void in you,
so how could you, why would you treat me so cruel?
How could you, why would you treat me so cruel?
How could you, why would you?I gave you the best that I could give.
I opened my heart and let you in.
I did it for you and you treat me so cruel.
Not blaming myself now.
I gave you the best that I could give,
I opened my heart and let you in.
And I did it for you, and you treat me so cruel
Not blaming myself now.Darling I can't stay,
and coming here was a big mistake.
I filled a void in you,
so how could you, why would you treat me so cruel?
How could you, why would you treat me so cruel?
How could you, why would you?I filled a void in you.

Hailing from the South East of London; Arthur Walwin has been building a name for himself with his soulful, heartfelt ballads. Taking on the role of artist and producer on all of his releases and often incorporating many of his influences into his music. Arthur’s songs are reminiscent of early Mayday Parade and some of the slower songs by artists like You Me At Six and Paramore. The EP is a departure from his band (Paige), however there are still shades of piano-lead American Pop Punk/Rock in his songs. Read more on Last.fm.
