Walk On Fire Lyrics

Ooh, come on!
Out of love, in time I've been shoved down
Spinning 'round in circles, left me upside down
Turned my heart to stone, a rock don't bleed
My heart is a prisoner that can't break free
You come along with fire and dynamite
Blew the roof right offa this poor boy's life
I'm the cat, I howl, strikin' home
Back in business and I'm not alone
Baby I know, it's gettin' better even if it's comin' slow
Maybe this time, I could do anything with you by my side
Chorus:
Walk on, I could walk on fire, face the wind and stayin' true
Walk on, I could walk on fire, you don't know what I wouldn't do for you
Here's what I'd do
Now I got heart and soul back on the line
Some think to steal you, huh, they're welcome to try
I can't say that you are the reason why

It's a game for two and it's you and I
Baby I know, it's gettin' better even if it's coming slow
Maybe this time, I could do anything with you by my side
chorus - yeah
(Solo)
chorus
Walk on, walk on fire (repeats out)

Tyketto were an American heavy rock band of the 1990s who never achieved the success they felt they deserved. The group was put together in 1987 by former Waysted vocalist Danny Vaughn. Brooke St James (Guitar), Jimi Kennedy (Bass) and Micheal Clayton (Drums) completed the lineup. By 1990 the band had signed to Geffen Records, and released their debut album "Don't Come Easy". Musically, it was somewhere between Whitesnake and Bon Jovi, with Tyketto opening for the former on many bills. However, the rise of the 'grunge' sound in 1991 saw Tyketto's hopes of the big breakthrough begin to recede.
