Way Out Lyrics

I found a way out
Sick and tired of hearing how good things used to be
Live my life for me
I found a way out
You only brought me down
You wanted me to share in your misery
Is it so cool to whine?
I can only laugh about what happened to me
Finally out
I know what you're about
Tired of hearing how things aren't good anymore
Leaving you behind
Won't listen to your lines
I found out just in time
Not going down

All members Bill Stevenson and Stephen Egerton produced Shades Apart's next LP, 1995's Save It, which scored a minor hit with its punked-up cover of Soft Cell's "Tainted Love.
