When I See You Lyrics

It's been three days since I screamed and hung up on ya
All I wanted was to hold you tight
I'm sorry baby never meant to be mean to ya
And I hope your coming back tonightYou're hesitating 'cause you don't want to love affair
I promise baby it'll be alright
Truth is all I'm doin is missin ya
Thinkin about when I'm gunna see you[Chorus:]
Hey baby
When I see ya
I'm want to love you all over the place
Hey baby
When I see ya
I'm gunna kiss you all over your face
Yea yea
Yea yeaIt's been three days since you screamed and hung up on me
All you wanted was to hold me tight
Now you're calling to say hey and make up with me
But I think I need a little more timeI'm hesitating 'cause I don't want to love affair

And I want to learnt o be alright
Truth it all I'm doing is missin ya
Thinking about when I'm gunna see you[Chorus:]Dance with me love

Macy Gray (born Natalie McIntyre September 6, 1967) from Canton, Ohio is a Grammy Award winning neo soul/R&B singer, songwriter, record producer and actress. To date, Macy has released five studio albums, one compilation album and a live album. She has acted in a number of movies including Training Day, Idlewild, and Lackawanna Blues, Gray is best known for her international hit single "I Try", taken from her multi-platinum debut album On How Life Is. Other hits include "Sweet Baby," "Do Something," "When I See You," and "Beauty in the World."

Macy Gray was originally hesitant to record a studio album due to what is, arguably, her most recognizable feature -- her voice. She started her music career as a songwriter. Her first album was actually a mistake; she was at the studio waiting for the person who was supposed to be singing her song, and the producer wanted to hear what one of the songs was supposed to sound like. Once she started singing, the producer liked the rough sound of her voice so much he offered her a record deal.
