Peace And Love Lyrics

May every star you wish upon
And every hope you're hangin' on come true
Out of everybody in the world
There's no one who deserves it more than you
I hope you find everything you've been dreamin' of
Only good things no in betweens just peace and loveThese words did not come easily
Still you know I had to write them down
You must know what you mean to me
I wish that you could always be around
I hope you find everything you are worthy of
I'm gonna miss you but I only wish you peace and lovePeace and love, tears of joy, kindness of strangers
All of your roads, paved in gold, by guardian angels
Wherever you may be in this world my salutation says it all
May you always have enough peace and loveI let you go unselfishly
'Cause everyone needs time to be alone
Well maybe time will bring you back
And if it does you'll always have a home
I sign my name no one to blame it on because

I'm on your side, no question of pridePeace and love, tears of joy, kindness of strangers
All of your roads, paved in gold by guardian angels
Wherever you may be in this world my salutation says it all
May you always have enough, may you always have enough
May you always have enough peace and love

Blessid Union of Souls is an American rock band from Cincinnati that was formed in 1990 by Jeff Pence and Eliot Sloan. The current touring band members are singer Eliot Sloan (original member), bassist Tony Clark (original member), drummer Shaun Schaefer (Vinyltones), and guitarist Bryan Billhimer (Vinyltones). Two former touring members, keyboard and bassist C.P. Roth and drummer Eddie Hedges, left the band in 2002.

Some of the band's biggest hits include "I Believe," "Hey, Leonardo (She Likes Me for Me)," "I Wanna Be There," and "Brother My Brother" which was used in the US release of the first Pokemon movie. Their debut album, "Home," was certified gold by the RIAA in 1995.

In 2000, several of the band's songs were scheduled for use during the production of a film entitled "Standing at the Edge of the Earth" by Fizzle Freak Productions. The film would have co-starred the band's bassist Tony Clark, as well as the rest of the band featured in prominent roles. The film's production was canceled in late 2000 early 2001 due to legal and financial issues.

In 2006, Jeff Pence headed a project in which the band contributed two tracks for "Clutch Hits," a CD that featured a variety of artists singing about the Cincinnati Reds. The songs were entitled "Play Ball" and "Me, Marty, Joe, Ted & Louise." The project was a fund raiser for the Reds Community Fund.
