Reminds Me Of You Lyrics

There’s a moment of each night that I can finally close my eyes
And honestly not think of you
Then the moment passes by and there I am left to lie
Quietly inside my tune
I used to think that life goes on but right now I’m not so sure
I don’t know why everywhere I go now, just reminds me of you
I don’t know why everything I see now, just reminds me of you
Just reminds me of you, just reminds me of you
Everything reminds me of you, everything reminds me of you
Everything reminds me of you
In my heart there lies a space that you can see a mile a while
That I've been trying my best to fill
My endeavor is in vain so I conceded to the pain
Knowing she can come and go at will
Taking more than I can take
There’s no more heart left there to break
I don’t know why everywhere I go now, just reminds me of you
I don’t know why everything I see now, just reminds me of you

Just reminds me of you, everything reminds me of you
I don’t know why every road I go down, just reminds me of you
I don’t know why everywhere I turn now, I just keep finding you
I can’t hide from you, everything reminds me of you
I’m confined in you, I’m in a bind 'cause of you
I’m just a mind game to you, intertwined in you
I lost my mind 'cause of you
Must of [Incomprehensible] with you
Peace of mind with you
Everything reminds me of you
Everything reminds me of you
Everything reminds me of you
Everything reminds me of you

Blessid Union of Souls is an American rock band from Cincinnati that was formed in 1990 by Jeff Pence and Eliot Sloan. The current touring band members are singer Eliot Sloan (original member), bassist Tony Clark (original member), drummer Shaun Schaefer (Vinyltones), and guitarist Bryan Billhimer (Vinyltones). Two former touring members, keyboard and bassist C.P. Roth and drummer Eddie Hedges, left the band in 2002.

Some of the band's biggest hits include "I Believe," "Hey, Leonardo (She Likes Me for Me)," "I Wanna Be There," and "Brother My Brother" which was used in the US release of the first Pokemon movie. Their debut album, "Home," was certified gold by the RIAA in 1995.

In 2000, several of the band's songs were scheduled for use during the production of a film entitled "Standing at the Edge of the Earth" by Fizzle Freak Productions. The film would have co-starred the band's bassist Tony Clark, as well as the rest of the band featured in prominent roles. The film's production was canceled in late 2000 early 2001 due to legal and financial issues.

In 2006, Jeff Pence headed a project in which the band contributed two tracks for "Clutch Hits," a CD that featured a variety of artists singing about the Cincinnati Reds. The songs were entitled "Play Ball" and "Me, Marty, Joe, Ted & Louise." The project was a fund raiser for the Reds Community Fund.
