Say Hello To My Little Friend Lyrics

Since we met
We have been as thick as thieves
And you could bet
When they say you then they saw me
Not far away
Probably holding down the beat
To your licks
Cause that's the way we told them it has to be
So say hello
To my little friend
Where he goes
I'll be right there til the end
So say hello
To the closest bestest friend I ever had
And I don't know where I'd go
Or what I'd do without you
Remember when
We took off with that one band

All the gigs
And all the miles we put on that van
And radio
Trivia would pass the time
Little did we know
Those would be some of the best times of our lives
So say hello
To my little friend
Where he goes
I'll be right there til the end
So say hello
To the closest bestest friend I ever had
And I don't know where I'd go
Or what I'd do without you
Back and forth to Wesiana
Crossing the great Huck Fin
Pack a bag we'll meet at 5AM
And do it all again
Now here we are
Living all those dreams we talked about
We never though we'd get this far
And if I could not do it with you
I'd do without
So say hello
To my little friend
Where he goes
I'll be right there til the end
So say hello
To the closest bestest friend I ever had
And I don't know where I'd go
Or what I'd do without you
So say hello
To my little friend
Where he goes
I'll be right there til the end
So say hello
To the closest bestest friend I ever had
And I don't know where I'd go
Or what I'd do without you

Blessid Union of Souls is an American rock band from Cincinnati that was formed in 1990 by Jeff Pence and Eliot Sloan. The current touring band members are singer Eliot Sloan (original member), bassist Tony Clark (original member), drummer Shaun Schaefer (Vinyltones), and guitarist Bryan Billhimer (Vinyltones). Two former touring members, keyboard and bassist C.P. Roth and drummer Eddie Hedges, left the band in 2002.

Some of the band's biggest hits include "I Believe," "Hey, Leonardo (She Likes Me for Me)," "I Wanna Be There," and "Brother My Brother" which was used in the US release of the first Pokemon movie. Their debut album, "Home," was certified gold by the RIAA in 1995.

In 2000, several of the band's songs were scheduled for use during the production of a film entitled "Standing at the Edge of the Earth" by Fizzle Freak Productions. The film would have co-starred the band's bassist Tony Clark, as well as the rest of the band featured in prominent roles. The film's production was canceled in late 2000 early 2001 due to legal and financial issues.

In 2006, Jeff Pence headed a project in which the band contributed two tracks for "Clutch Hits," a CD that featured a variety of artists singing about the Cincinnati Reds. The songs were entitled "Play Ball" and "Me, Marty, Joe, Ted & Louise." The project was a fund raiser for the Reds Community Fund.
