She's The One Lyrics

She makes me want to scream
She makes me want to shout her name
She makes me want to cry
Cause I know she feels the same for me
It's plain to see
She's the one
She's everything I need
She's the one
The star of all my dreams
She's the one
She takes my breath away yeah
She's the one
She makes me want to fly
When I can't go any higher
And it feels just like I'm dreaming sometimes
But I'm not the least bit tired
I'm wired
And every fear inside says

She's the one
She's everything I need
She's the one
The star of all my dreams
She's the one
She takes my breath away yeah
She's the one
And she leads me far away from here
I stopped looking
When you found me
I didn't have to think twice
Knew what I wanted
When I saw it
I knew she was the one
She's the one
She's the one
She makes me want to cry
She makes me lose control
And I'm far beyond defenseless
And I wonder if she knows
Does she know
She's the one
She's everything I need
She's the one
The star of all my dreams
She's the one
She takes my breath away yeah
She's the one
And she leads me far away from here

Blessid Union of Souls is an American rock band from Cincinnati that was formed in 1990 by Jeff Pence and Eliot Sloan. The current touring band members are singer Eliot Sloan (original member), bassist Tony Clark (original member), drummer Shaun Schaefer (Vinyltones), and guitarist Bryan Billhimer (Vinyltones). Two former touring members, keyboard and bassist C.P. Roth and drummer Eddie Hedges, left the band in 2002.

Some of the band's biggest hits include "I Believe," "Hey, Leonardo (She Likes Me for Me)," "I Wanna Be There," and "Brother My Brother" which was used in the US release of the first Pokemon movie. Their debut album, "Home," was certified gold by the RIAA in 1995.

In 2000, several of the band's songs were scheduled for use during the production of a film entitled "Standing at the Edge of the Earth" by Fizzle Freak Productions. The film would have co-starred the band's bassist Tony Clark, as well as the rest of the band featured in prominent roles. The film's production was canceled in late 2000 early 2001 due to legal and financial issues.

In 2006, Jeff Pence headed a project in which the band contributed two tracks for "Clutch Hits," a CD that featured a variety of artists singing about the Cincinnati Reds. The songs were entitled "Play Ball" and "Me, Marty, Joe, Ted & Louise." The project was a fund raiser for the Reds Community Fund.
