Bullitproof Lyrics

Say, say, say, say, say, say, say
Electrify, electrify, electrify, electrify, electrifyElectrify me, you my half baked youth
I memorize your face so I won't forget you
Dancing demons in the firelight, yes, it's true
Reminds me of the night I first met youCriticize me for my mis-spent youth
No thrill, no lie, more crazy than the truth
You give me precious things I throw them all away
And now you free my breath, you're scared what I might saySpeak no lie, I tell the truth
Save my breath you break the rules
Time will tell, yeah, who is who
Side by side, yeah, bullitproofCriticize me for my mis-spent youth
No thrill, no lie, more crazy than the truth
You give me precious things I throw them all away
And now you free my breath, you're scared what I might say, say, sayElectrify, electrify, electrify, electrify, electrifyCriticize me for my mis-spent youth
No thrill, no lie, more crazy than the truth
You give me precious things I throw them all away
And now you free my breath, you're scared what I might sayElectrify me, you my half baked youth
I memorize your face so I won't forget you

Dancing demons in the firelight, yes, it's true
Reminds me of the night I first met youCriticize me for my mis-spent youth
No thrill, no lie, more crazy than the truth
You give me precious things I throw them all away
And now you free my breath, you're scared what I might saySpeak no lie, tell the truth
Save my breath you break the rules
Time will tell, yeah, who is who
Side by side, yeah, bullitproofCriticize, criticize, criticize, criticize
Criticize me, criticize me, criticize me, criticize me
Criticize, criticize, criticize, criticize
Criticize me, criticize me, criticize me, electrifySpeak no lie, I tell the truth
Save my breath you break the rules
Time will tell, yeah, who is who
Side by side, yeah, bullitproof

Breakbeat Era was a short-lived project that combined the breakbeat talents of Drum and Bass producers Roni Size and DJ Die with the vocals of singer Leonie Laws. Spearheaded by the single Ultra-Obscene, and then released as an album under the same title in 1999. It was one of the first rock/pop/drum&bass fusion albums, a genre which Kosheen also later explored. Since the album seems to be a one-off project, other releases seem unlikely.
