Life Is My Friend Lyrics

Bridge arm in arm yeah
Gap down the street
Wrong way to play this
So indiscrete
Fizz fizz inside you
Dance off your feet
Fill fill the fun times
I can feel the heat
Drink till you sober
Feel down the street
Kiss all the ladies
So indiscrete
Plans change by hour
Do as you please
Dark sky to hide me
Back comes the hummmmmI feel night is my friend
She'll hide me hide me and then
I feel night is my friend

She'll hide me hide me and thenNo need to explain (x5)Bridge arm in arm yeah
Gap down the street
Wrong way to play this
So indiscrete
Fizz fizz inside you
Dance off your feet
Fill fill the fun times
I can feel the heat
Drink till you sober
Feel down the street
Kiss all the ladies
So indiscrete
Plans change by hour
Do as you please
Dark sky to hide me
Back comes the hummmmmI feel night is my friend
She'll hide me hide me and then
I feel night is my friend
She'll hide me hide me and thenNo need to explain (x5)Bridge arm in arm yeah
Gap down the street
Wrong way to play this
So indiscrete
Fizz fizz inside you
Dance off your feet
Fill fill the fun times
I can feel the heat
Drink till you sober
Feel down the street
Kiss all the ladies
So indiscrete
Plans change by hour
Do as you please
Dark sky to hide me
Back comes the hummmmmI feel night is my friend
She'll hide me hide me and then
I feel night is my friend
She'll hide me hide me and thenNo need to explain (x5)Drink till you sober
Feel down the street
Wrong time to play love
So indiscrete
Oh I know this
Oh I know this

Breakbeat Era was a short-lived project that combined the breakbeat talents of Drum and Bass producers Roni Size and DJ Die with the vocals of singer Leonie Laws. Spearheaded by the single Ultra-Obscene, and then released as an album under the same title in 1999. It was one of the first rock/pop/drum&bass fusion albums, a genre which Kosheen also later explored. Since the album seems to be a one-off project, other releases seem unlikely.
